God's really 'got' this!

                           How has life with it's UPS & DOWNS, taught you?

Well, better way to put it; have we learned through the lessons God teaches us through the storms and sunny days? It's important isn't it? For our sanity, health, peace and even for others. 

--- Ok - so we are wading through sewage backed up. Brad is digging this all up by hand (have to wait till Julie comes to use a backhoe). Looks like a complete plumbing job (ha with no pay $...but the payback is being able to ...use our facilities). Then, there is the car- our wonderful car God paid for. She is sick; old blueberry has transmissions problems. Beyond my dh's methods to fix it (as he usually does) Cost looks like a couple thous. 

Now, just a couple years ago...My dh was seriously ill; well, was told he was dying. No income, vehicle (then) useless...church trials etc... THEN & NOW -- Where do we go? To the ROCK ...MY FIRM FOUNDATION! 

When I say; "God's got this!" HE DOES --- We have such peace He will supply all our needs (no work as of late), He gives us strength & even joy. SERVING HIM is more about THINGS...it's life flowing out of us to all around...HIS LIFE! May others see Jesus in the real struggles that do come & See Jesus when Blessings flow! To God be the glory!

Matthew 7:24-27

"Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. 25 Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. 26 But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. 27 When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.”

"I GOT THIS!"

Recently I was floundering around, mulling in my heart a personal ‘Calvary’ that I was feeling. It felt as if someone was using a spade: digging deep into my heart. I begged for God to take care of this situation; which presently, is something I have not yet faced before.

During my tearful plea, I heard HIM; it was as if He literally bent down and looked deep within my eyes as His voice rang ‘so’ clear and defined, when He (with sternness) told me: “I GOT THIS!” My Jesus, told me (in His authoritative voice): “When I bring the walls down, I flatten them!” 

Instantly; like a little girl, held tightly by the strong arms of her father; I felt calm and assured. I am presently staying right there too…right in the arms of my all powerful God; with the affirmation that; “All is Well!” No matter what it still looks like to my weak little heart; I declare that my Jesus’ – well, He’s got this!

Is. 54:17 “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

Psalm 37: 23, 24 “Though (if) he falls, he will not be utterly cast down (completely destroyed, at a loss) for the Lord upholds him with His hand."

Isaiah 41:13 "For I the Lord thy God will hold your right hand, saying unto you, Fear not, I will help you."

Did ya know how WE walk those who see and follow us will walk the same (basically).

When my adult son would be walking; from a distance he appeared as if his dad was there (instead it was him): i.e.- posture, swag and pace.

 As one who has surrendered their life to Christ; how do you (& I) walk? Those following us, do they see Jesus in the places we frequent? What we eat? Drink (stressed here), language that comes out of our mouths (where the heart speaks); our social, our work...and on?

 LIVE out your life:  so close to Jesus that others can also live out their lives fully, holy (yes holy) and prosper. When we look at our children, family & friends & see them living out their lives in completion to God's plan BECAUSE.... WE LIVED THIS LIFE STYLE OUT BEFORE THEM - it's worth it all!

Galatians 5:7 "You were running [the race] well; who has interfered and prevented you from obeying the truth?"

v. 25  "If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit]."

 

GOD FAITHFULLY EQUIPS:

 Ezekiel 36:26  "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you, and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."
